Wonderfull — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26.08.2026
Wonderfull ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits our website, purchases our products, or engages with our content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.
This policy applies to [wonderfull.com] and any related services, including our ebooks, mini course, membership and flagship course (together, "our Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
Wonderfull is operated by Studio O Melbourne, based in Melbourne, Australia. For any privacy-related questions, you can contact us at ‘olivia@studio-o-melbourne.com’.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you give us directly
Name, email address, and (where relevant) phone number, when you purchase a product, subscribe to our membership, join our email list, or contact us.
Payment information when you make a purchase. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details — payments are processed by our third-party checkout provider, Squarespace, and its payment processors, in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
Any information you choose to share with us directly, such as through email correspondence, surveys, or feedback forms.
Information collected automatically
Device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site, collected via standard website analytics and cookies.
Advertising and tracking data collected via the TikTok Pixel and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, when you visit our website or interact with our ads. This may include information about your interactions with our ads and website, used to measure ad performance and show you more relevant advertising. See Section 6 (Cookies and Tracking) for more detail.
Sensitive information
Some of our content relates to mental health, the nervous system, and trauma-informed practices. We do not ask you to disclose personal health information to us, and we do not collect health information as part of normal use of our Services. If you voluntarily share health-related information with us (for example, in an email or feedback form), we treat this as sensitive information and handle it with additional care, only using it for the specific purpose you shared it for, and only with your consent for any other use.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Deliver the products and services you've purchased (ebooks, course access, membership content).
Process payments and manage your account, via our checkout provider.
Send you transactional communications (order confirmations, access details, support responses).
Send you marketing communications, including our email nurture sequences, product updates and offers — you can unsubscribe from these at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
Measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including through the pixel and conversion tracking described in Section 6.
Understand how our website and products are used, so we can improve them.
Comply with our legal obligations.
Automated decision-making.
We use automated tools (including advertising platform algorithms operated by Meta and TikTok) to help determine which ads you see and to measure their effectiveness. These tools do not make any decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you — they influence what advertising you may see, not your access to our products, pricing, or any other substantive outcome. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to operate our business:
Stan Store (our checkout, course delivery and email automation platform) — processes purchases, manages product delivery, and sends automated email/SMS sequences on our behalf.
Squarespace (our website host) — hosts our website and may collect standard technical/analytics data as part of that hosting.
Meta and TikTok — receive pixel and conversion event data (see Section 6) to enable ad targeting and measurement.
Squarespace— used to send marketing communications.
Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) where necessary for our legitimate business operations.
Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on their platforms; we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
5. Overseas Disclosure
Some of the third parties listed above (including Meta, TikTok, Stan Store and Squarespace) may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
TikTok Pixel — tracks visits and specific actions (such as purchases) to measure ad performance and build audiences for future advertising.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API — tracks similar activity for Meta's advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram), including server-side event data.
Standard website analytics cookies — used to understand site traffic and usage patterns.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how our website functions. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising directly through Meta's ad preferences and TikTok's ad settings within the TikTok app or via their privacy portal.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including relying on the security practices of our reputable third-party providers (Stan Store, Squarespace, Meta, TikTok). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing data (such as email list membership) is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
9. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request access to it.
Ask us to correct any inaccurate or out-of-date information.
Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records (e.g., financial records).
Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
Make a complaint about how we've handled your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ‘olivia@studio-o-melbourne.com’. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
If you are located outside Australia (for example, in the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA). Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate applicable local requirements.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
