How This Body of Work Changed My Life

I’m Olivia and I am the founder of Wonderfull. I am an actor, a graphic designer and a neuroscience researcher.

I have compiled this course on a number of topics that deeply interest me.

I believe in the power of nature, creativity, mindfulness and dreams when it comes to nurturing our brains, impacting others positively and building lives we love.

My own life trajectory changed a few years ago when I discovered - how to release emotions, breathwork, reprogramming the brain, the subconscious, the influence of nature on our brain and wellbeing, creativity and how to set goals from a place of self love.
